This guidebook provides an overview of currently available Federal and state-based resources for mitigation programs, insurance and tax incentives for resilient construction, and policies promoting practices that mitigate hazard impacts. Practitioners, researchers, and collaborators can use the information found in this guidebook for education and outreach activities to community stakeholders.
